Important Booking Information

• We kindly ask that all guests ensure their full name, contact details and total number of guests selected are entered accurately at the time of booking, as this information is essential for confirmation and communication purposes.
• For treatment packages and Standard Private Buro Packages in the evening, please email our booking team directly on bookings@japanesebathhouse.com.au 
• Please take care to select the correct date and time for your visit. Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been processed, any cancellations, amendments, or changes will be subject to our Cancellation Policy, as well as a $30 administration fee.
• Existing bookings are fully transferable to another guest for the same service, date, and time.
• If you wish to have a separate room for your massage or facial treatment, please contact us well in advance, as room availability is limited and we may not be able to guarantee a private room on the day.
• Guests who have booked the Aromatherapy Discovery Facial Package or have added an Aromatherapy upgrade are kindly asked to arrive an additional 30 mins prior to the suggested check-in time to allow for your customised aromatherapy journey. 
• Guests requiring accessibility support must contact us in advance of making a booking to discuss specific needs and confirm availability of suitable arrangements. Accessibility requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Please note that failure to inform us of accessibility requirements in advance may result in denied entry on the day of your visit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
